Data privacy is important to AnswerStage. We believe you should always know how information about you is collected, used, and disclosed by AnswerStage when you use our services, or otherwise interact with us.

This Privacy Policy applies to AnswerStage sites, apps, communications, and services (“Services”).
This Privacy Policy applies to your use of our Services. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time, and will post the most current version on our website.

Our computer systems are currently based in the United States, so your Personal Information will be processed by us in the United States. In accordance with applicable law,
Personal Information collected on the site may be transferred, stored and processed in the United States. By entering your Personal Information, you consent to such processing of your personal information.
Although our systems are based in the United States, we are in compliance with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), effective May 25, 2018.

Our Services are not directed to people under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you become aware
that a child has provided us with Personal Data without the proper consent, please contact us at and we will take steps to remove such information and

When you create a AnswerStage Account, you may provide us with personal information such as

When not using single sign-on, you will also specify a password. For example, if you use Google single sign-on, you authorize AnswerStage to create an account that is identified with your Google
credentials and, in this case, you do not need to create a new password since you will authenticate yourself using your Google credentials.

Even if you aren’t signed in to a AnswerStage Account, you might choose to provide us with information such as an email address to receive updates about our services.

When you upload content such as videos, photos and audio for use within the services, we collect that content within your account so that you may access it.

We use payment processors such as PayPal to process your online payments.


Your browsers and devices

We collect information about browsers and devices you use to access AnswerStage services, which helps us troubleshoot and make improvements to our services.

This location information also helps us prevent harm and fraud, comply with law, serve the public interest, and keep AnswerStage safe and welcoming for everyone.

We use various technologies to collect and store information, including cookies, pixel tags, local storage, such as browser web storage or application data caches, databases, and server logs.


Communicate with you

We use information we collect, like your email address, to interact with you directly. For example, we may send you notifications about product updates, including new features, video tutorials,
newsletters, special offers, and periodic tips to help you get the most out of the services. And if you contact AnswerStage, we’ll keep a record of your request in order to help
solve any issues you might be facing.

Provide, maintain, and improve our services

We use your information to deliver our services, like processing the terms you search for in order to return content that you can use in your creations, or by suggesting related content to help
you improve your creative process.

We also use your information to ensure our services are working as intended, such as tracking outages or troubleshooting issues that you report to us. And we use your information to
make improvements to our services – for example, understanding which features are most commonly used so that we can improve the manner in which you are able to access and use those
features for a better user experience.

When you have issues or problems using our services, and you ask us to help troubleshoot those issues you report, we will analyze crash reports and usage characteristics of your
account to help provide you with the best support.

Develop new services

We use the information we collect in our existing services to help us define and develop new services.

Personalize the user experience

We use the information we collect in our existing services to personalize and customize the user experience for you. For example, we may maintain a record of the questions you’ve answered
or the answers you’ve provided in order to suggest new questions for your to answer.

We use data for analytics and measurement to understand how our services are used. For example, we analyze data about the features that you use to optimize product design.
We use a variety of tools to do this, including Google Analytics.


Accessing or rectifying your personal data

If you have registered an account on AnswerStage, we provide you with tools and account settings to access, correct, delete, or modify the personal data you provided to us and that is associated
with your account.


AnswerStage provides you a means to download the videos you have shared through our services by following the steps in the “Gallery” mode of the app.


You have the right to obtain from AnswerStage the erasure of Personal Data concerning you.

At any time, you may delete your Account and uninstall the App. You may also request that AnswerStage erases the Personal Data that concerns you.

Any request for the erasure of Personal Data must be made in writing and provide sufficient detail to identify the Personal Data and the erasure being sought.

AnswerStage will respond to all requests for erasure within a reasonable amount of time or provide written notice of an extension where additional time is required to fulfill the request.

In the event that you delete your Account and the App or request erasure of your Personal Data, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove your
Personal Data from our files, however, we may no be able to delete some of your Personal Data to the extent that such Personal Data is still necessary in relation to the purposes
for which they were collected, or in relation to a legal obligation of AnswerStage and we may also retain, use, and share your Anonymized Data that we previously collected prior to
your deletion of your Account.

Withdraw consent (when processing is based on consent)

As mentioned above, when AnswerStage is relying on consent as the lawful basis for processing your Personal Data, you may remove such consent at any time, example of this include:

For emails, you may click on the “Unsubscribe” link in the email.

For push notifications, you can only change the setting on your mobile device when you use the AnswerStage mobile app.

For Cookies on the Site, you can follow your browser’s instructions.

Please note that changing your consent will change our use of your Personal Data as part of the Services which may result in a change in your experience.

Lodge a complaint

You have the right to communicate with AnswerStage about any issues that you may have relating to your Personal Data.

The Data Protection Officer is responsible for ensuring AnswerStage’s compliance with this Privacy Policy, Data Protection Laws, and GDPR. The app and Services may contain integrations with third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by AnswerStage.
These third-party services maybe be accessible via links or APIs (application programming interfaces). For example, you may have the option to post videos directly to YouTube or LinkedIn
by connecting your account. In the event of such links or integrations, your use of these third-party services will be governed by their applicable Privacy Policies and Terms of Service.
Be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our Site and to read the privacy statements of

Information about our clients and registrants, including Personal Information, may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition,
or sale of AnswerStage and / or its assets, as well as in the unlikely event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, in which case the Personal Information
would be transferred as one of the business assets of the company.
